Hello, I’m Charlotte—founder and heart behind Auntie Charlotte’s Pet Services. Caring for animals has been my lifelong passion, and I’ve spent years turning that love into a dependable, personal pet care service that local families can trust. From the time I was old enough to work, I’ve immersed myself in the world of animal care—starting with a hands-on role at a large boarding kennels, where I later lived on-site while earning my NVQ in Animal Care.

A lifetime of experience with animals of all shapes and sizes

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with a wide variety of animals. From dogs and cats to rabbits, ferrets, and guinea pigs—even reptiles like lizards and snakes, and the occasional tarantula! My time working on a horse yard gave me confidence around larger animals too, and I bring that same calm, knowledgeable presence to every pet I care for.

This is not a big business—it’s me, working closely with every client and every animal. I believe in forming genuine bonds with the pets I care for, making sure they feel safe, seen, and understood. I treat every animal like my own and adapt to their individual personalities, preferences, and routines.
